Required documents
  • Applicant with Singapore Government issued documents (Employment Pass / Work Permit / Reentry Permit / Dependant Pass / Student Pass):
  • Original passport with validity more than 6 months during submission.
  • Most recent photo (within 3 months). Kindly refer to the photo specification.
  • Photocopy of Singapore Government issued documents (Employment Pass / Work Permit / Reentry Permit / Dependant Pass / Student Pass).
  • Completed Malaysia Visa Application form. The form is available for download here.
B. Applicant without Singapore Government issued documents:
  • Original passport with validity more than 6 months during submission.
  • Most recent photo (within 3 months). Kindly refer to the photo specification.
  • Photocopy of confirmed return flight ticket.
  • Photocopy of confirmed hotel / accommodation booking.
  • Photocopy of confirmed itinerary.
  • Invitation Letter from Malaysia registered company / organisation (if applicable).
  • Completed Malaysia Visa Application form. The form is available for download here.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 
  • By submitting the application, the applicant is deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
  • The processing time required for the Malaysia Visa application will be approximately 10 working days from the date of receipt of all required documents and fee from the applicant.
  • In the event the applicant wishes to withdraw the application, the applicant is required to furnish an official letter from the applicant to the centre and the centre shall on a best effort basis retrieve the documents from the High Commission of Malaysia in Singapore and return the same to the submitting agent/party.
  • The company’s responsibility shall cease upon return of the processed documents to the submitting party/agent.
  • It is the responsibility of the applicants/submitting party/agent to ensure that all information and documents submitted are updated, current, accurate, true, and adhere to the requirements imposed by the Government of Malaysia.
  • The applicant agrees that the centre shall only communicate/handle matters pertaining the Malaysia Visa application with the submitting party/agent.
  • In the event the application is rejected, or in the event the applicant wishes to withdraw the application, there shall be no refund of the service fee.
  • All the application shall be reviewed and assessed by the Immigration Section, High Commission of Malaysia in Singapore and the centre shall have no responsibility whatsoever in respect of the result of the application and the centre has no control whatsover on the outcome of the application.
